We are Northern California’s premier provider of push to talk solutions for business. Our analog systems were launched in 1996 and offer 29 sites of UHF LTR Radio coverage in Northern California and the Sacramento Valley. Some of the largest fleets in the Bay Area depend on our network for their business communications needs.

We launched our new IDAS Digital MultiTrunk Seamless Network in April of 2011. It offers the newest state of the art push to talk service that is second to none. Digital is the future of cellular as well as for Signature Wireless. It offers many NexTel users better coverage at a fraction of the cost!

Our customer care department is second to none. Customers are contacted every 90 days or less to make sure our system is working properly for them. We really want to know! We want all of our customers to receive value from our system.

Billing

Many of our customers who come to us from the cellular push to talk companies tell us stories of monthly bills that are thicker than a book.

Most of these bills are laden with mistakes and over charges. These customers spend hours reviewing these bills and more hours calling the provider to correct these mistakes.

That said our billing is done by a professional accounting firm (Tadlock & Associates) in Elizabeth City N.C. Our customers get a single easy to read bill that is usually one page.
